A Chehalis man is facing possible DUI and vehicular assault charges after he allegedly crashed into a motorcycle, injuring the motorcyclist, on northbound Interstate 5 in Tumwater on Saturday.

Kody J. Luther, 21, was reportedly driving a white 2000 GMC Yukon northbound on I-5 approaching U.S. Highway 101 in the far right lane when he changed lanes and struck a black 2024 Harley Davidson FLHX in the far left lane.

Both vehicles came to rest blocking the ramp to state Route 101.
