The Thurston County Planning Commission will host a public hearing at 7 p.m. on Oct. 21 to accept comments on the applicant-initiated proposal to rezone a 4.9-acre parcel on 193rd Avenue in Grand Mound.
The applicant is The Conco Companies. The specific location is 5831 193rd Ave. SW.
The applicant is proposing to rezone from Arterial Commercial (AC) to Planned Industrial Park. The Board of Thurston County Commissioners added the project to community planning and economic development’s work plan on May 5.
