The newly-formed Conservative Coalition of Lewis County will host a “come and meet us” picnic at 6 p.m. Monday, July 24, at Lintott-Alexander Park in Chehalis.
Music by the duo Danika Rozhanica and Benny Gilbert will provide entertainment.
“This is a group of individuals with distinct Republican roots … We will hear from those running for office and our elected representatives and there will be kids’ games,” organizers wrote.
Those over the age of 90 or under the age of 3 are invited to attend for free. Others are asked to make a $5 donation.
There will be a potluck at the event and attendees are invited to bring their favorite dishes.
