‘Disorderly’ Man Draws Law Enforcement Response in Chehalis Tuesday Morning

A caller reported a disorderly subject wearing shorts with no shirt and no shoes had “dumped the trash cans all over the place” at approximately 9:40 a.m. on Tuesday, July 12.

The caller reportedly followed the man, who was later identified as a 29-year-old Chehalis resident, as he walked near the 600 block of North National Avenue.



He was allegedly “lunging at people” near the farmers market on Boistfort Street, attempted to get into someone else’s car, attempted to get into an apartment complex and allegedly assaulted another customer. He was arrested in the 600 block of West Main Street and was booked into the Lewis County Jail at 10:58 a.m. for alleged third-degree assault.
