The Winlock girls basketball team simply got shot out of its own gym Friday night, losing 56-13 to Toutle Lake at home in a Central 2B League duel.
The Ducks went 8 for 12 from beyond the arc, while the Cardinals (1-5, 0-3 C2BL) finished at just 16% from the floor.
Kindyl Kelly led the hosts with five rebounds and three steals. Natalie Cardenas also logged five boards.
“We are just young and inexperienced, but getting better each game,” Winlock coach Dracy McCoy said. “I am proud of their hustle and effort.”
Winlock will host Stevenson in a non-league game on Saturday.
