The Riverside Fire Authority is coordinating a Fire Prevention Week grade school poster contest throughout Lewis County and partnering with the Centralia Outlets to help display children’s artwork.
This year’s Fire Prevention Week campaign theme is “Smoke Alarms: Make Them Work For You!”
Awards for best posters will be presented on Oct. 12, and artwork will be displayed the week of Oct. 6-12 in the gallery near the Polo Ralph Lauren and Eddie Bauer outlets at the 1400 block of Lum Road.
