All are invited to the annual meeting of the Friends of the Seminary Hill Natural Area on Saturday, Feb. 7, at the Centralia Timberland Regional Library.
The group’s annual business meeting will begin at 10:30 a.m., with an optional social time at 10 a.m. as the library opens for the day.
Refreshments will be served as these volunteers discuss their plans for the upcoming year at the wooded hillside they have supported in cooperation with the city of Centralia for 45 years.
“We’ll be celebrating some big accomplishments over the past few years and we’ll be forming up committees for further progress,” said Brian Mittge, president of the Friends of the Seminary Hill Natural Area. “We also have a few surprise guests who will have some really cool information and ideas to share. If you enjoy walking through nature, getting your hands dirty working in the woods, or if you just want to connect with some of your neighbors, come join us!”
