Hub City Auto Glass Works to Provide Fast, Quality Service

With 18 years of experience in the automobile glass industry, Sean Percival branched out on his own almost a year ago to start his mobile business.

Hub City Auto Glass specializes in auto glass needs in Lewis, Thurston and Grays Harbor counties. From windshield replacements to rock chip repair on cars, semis and RVs, the business comes to its customers to take care of whatever issues they may have.

Along with his service, he provides a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing or workmanship issues, as well as leaks.

As a one-man show, Percival prides himself in quality work at a reasonable price, and with quick results. It’s what sets him apart from the other four local auto glass repair services, he said.

Hub City Auto Glass works with all insurance providers as well, making it even easier for its customers to get the service they are looking for.

A typical windshield replacement takes about 30 minutes, while a rock chip repair only takes about 15 minutes.

“I’m confident with my workmanship — you won’t have a problem,” he said. “And if you did, we will take care of it … I stand behind my work 100 percent.”

Utilizing his contacts from his previous jobs, Percival said he already had a great network in place prior to starting his own business.

Right now, the business is mobile, but Percival has a plan in the works and plans to open a shop in Centralia before summertime.

The business would then expand to include more employees, but the mobile portion of the business will remain.

“It doesn’t cost more for me to come to you,” he said.

As a local coach for 15 years, Percival also runs a special for any mishaps that may take place at the ballpark in Centralia near the Northwest Sports Hub.

“If something happens, he will give them discounts,” Maritza Percival, his wife, said.

The business caters to its clientele’s needs by being accessible through Facebook, email, calls and text messages. Maritza also provides a bilingual aspect to the business, ensuring the company’s Spanish-speaking clients have the resources they need when inquiring about a job.

With anywhere between five and 10 jobs a day, Maritza, who takes care of the business’s marketing, said she is proud of her husband.

“It’s a lot of work to be the little guy and the new guy on the block,” she said. “I’m just shocked that he’s done what he’s done. He’s amazing and his clientele is proud of him.”
