Hampton Lumber’s Paper-Azzi campaign aims to showcase benefits and uses of Northwest wood products

Hampton Lumber recently announced the launch of its “Paper-Azzi Campaign,” an interactive initiative designed to raise awareness about the diverse uses and extensive reach of wood products grown and manufactured in the Pacific Northwest.

The campaign invites the public to spot Hampton Lumber wrap or products in transit, lumberyards, home improvement projects or on job sites and share their photos on social media with the hashtag #HamptonLumberJourney.

Each post counts as an entry to win Hampton Lumber merchandise and other prizes. Hampton Lumber will feature submitted photos on its website and social media channels.

Hampton operates six sawmills in the Pacific Northwest in the communities of Randle, Morton and Darrington in addition to those in Warrenton, Willamina and Tillamook, Oregon.

Most lumber manufactured by Hampton’s U.S. sawmills features wrap designed by high school students from the communities where Hampton operates, so it’s often easy to pinpoint where the wood was grown and processed.

Hampton also manufactures and markets lumber from its three sawmills in British Columbia: Babine Forest Products, Decker Lake Forest Products and Fort St. James Forest Products.

Hampton Lumber is a fourth-generation, family-owned company headquartered in Portland, Oregon. With over 80 years in the sawmill business, Hampton operates sawmills in Oregon, Washington and British Columbia and markets wood products all over the world.

Hampton also manages a wholesale and lumber export division and numerous reload, remanufacturing and advanced wood design and manufacturing facilities.

All of Hampton’s forestlands are certified by the Sustainable Forestry Initiative, an independent, nonprofit organization that promotes sustainable forest management.
