The Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce will celebrate the new Chehalis location of Impact Staffing Solutions with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at noon Thursday, Sept. 3.
The celebration will take place at 242 NW Chehalis Ave., Suite A.
Impact Staffing Solutions is an independently owned and operated staffing agency that helps connect businesses with employees and helps job seekers find employment opportunities, according to a news release from the chamber.
Headquartered in Moses Lake, Impact Staffing Solutions also maintains locations in Mount Vernon and Astoria, Oregon.
The Chehalis office is led by Simone’ Bey El, office manager; Jair Arellano, bilingual account coordinator; and Gladys Tinoco Acevedo, bilingual account coordinator. Arellano and Tinoco Acevedo have been part of Impact Staffing Solutions since its inception, bringing experience and knowledge of the local staffing landscape. Bey El oversees the day-to-day operations of the Chehalis office while helping build the company’s presence and relationships throughout the community.
While operating her own business in Tacoma, Bey El saw firsthand the parallel between
employment, successful businesses and the wellbeing of individuals and communities, the release stated. That experience ultimately led her to Impact Staffing Solutions, LLC.
“The experience allowed me to see both sides and how employment can solve so many problems for businesses and job seekers,” Bey El said in the release. “I wanted to be part of an organization that supports that mission while also being an active and valuable member of the community.”
