For Dawn's Delectables anniversary event in downtown Centralia, free cupcakes were provided and diners got a 10 percent discount on Tuesday. There was live music in the afternoon. Owner Dawn Merchant, a U.S. Air Force veteran, opened Dawn’s Delectables in 2013 at 204 N. Tower Ave. in downtown Centralia.
