From hula hooping to pie eating, the Southwest Washington Fair has a variety of contests available for attendees to watch or participate in with some fun prizes awaiting the winners. On Thursday, Aug. 15, the annual KELA/KMNT Diaper Derby will be held on the Community Stage at 12 p.m. On Friday, Aug. 16, a pie eating contest will take place on the Community Stage at 3 p.m. Saturday’s contests will feature watermelon eating at 12:30 p.m. on the Community Stage and a mullet contest on the Saloon Stage at 4 p.m.
All contests are free to enter for all attendees with fair admission.
