Letter to the editor: A Republican call to action

Posted

The current and ongoing destruction of Washington state families, businesses our constitutional rights and the moral fabric of our state and country led by the Democratic Party is destroying our way of life, heritage and very ability to survive as American citizens.

As the elected leader of the Lewis County Republican Party, I am issuing a call to action.

Our party is charged with the preservation and expansion of our platform of beliefs, practices and, more importantly, ideological responsibilities to our citizens and membership.

We are the final guardians of liberty and freedom.

Lewis County is governed by Republicans, and this provides us with a historically unique opportunity to define a countywide model of political activism and governance that can be modularized and successfully exported to every county in this state in the process of eventually taking back our state from the destructive and degenerate policies of the state and county’s Democratic parties.

We are meeting at 6 p.m. the evening of June 2 at the Winlock Community Center to collectively discuss the direction of the Lewis County Republican Party as the first step in redefining how we fight for our way of life. Please Google LCRPWA for more details.

We are drawing a line in the sand, right here, and right now. It is time to stand with your neighbors, friends, children and fellow citizens.

If you are fed up with what is happening, the taxes you are paying, the theft of your constitutional rights, the indoctrination of your children, and the intentional division of our society along racial, economic and religious lines, then get active. Get off the couch and do something about it.

This is your historical opportunity to have your voice and concerns heard as the Lewis County Republican Party creates a new activist, intentional, comprehensive and confrontational strategy to begin the process of pushing back for the freedom and liberty to live our lives as free citizens where government serves the needs of the people rather than the desires of an unaccountable ruling class.
