Congratulations to former Gov. Jay Inslee, the majority party in the Washington Legislature and Gov. Bob Ferguson: Washington now has the highest gas price in the nation.

A few years ago, our Legislature surrendered an important part of our state’s sovereignty by attaching our regulations related to climate issues to California's regulations.
No vote by our Legislature. Just follow California.
I wonder why there is so little concern about that decision. How well are things going in California that we want to do what they decide?
