U.S. Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez spews hypocrisy with a narrative about John Braun that only reveals her own political agenda and lack of credibility.
Gluesenkamp Perez criticizes the influence of large donor networks and presents herself as standing apart from that political culture.
Maybe she did in the beginning.
But, now, she gets millions of dollars in support from Super PACs, the billionaire Pritzker family, Wall Street interests, and other high-dollar donor circles.
Hypocrite.
Gluesenkamp Perez says she’s a product of hard work and self-made success, yet she comes from a background shaped by privilege and access, including attendance at an elite private college in Portland funded by her parents.
By the way, John Braun went to a public college on a Navy scholarship and then served his country in the military for 31 years.
He also built a manufacturing business that now provides good jobs for hundreds of people in Lewis County.
So, yes, hard work matters and John Braun works harder than anyone I know.
Gluesenkamp Perez is a phony and a hypocrite.
