The Board of Pacific County Hospital District No. 2, Willapa Harbor Hospital, would like to thank the North Pacific County community for voting in the April 22 special election.
We are disappointed in the outcome of this election. However, we remain committed to finding a path to replacement of our aging and outdated health care facilities. Our community, our health care providers and our staff deserve an adequate place to heal and practice.
We will listen carefully to our community, to our patients and to our staff as we continue seeking additional funds to reduce the burden on taxpayers.
We know that a new health care facility is crucial to the infrastructure of our community.
Over the next several months, we will continue to work with the community to find a pathway to providing essential modern healthcare for our North Pacific County community for generations to come.
