Jose Armando Ochoa Tello, 22, hit a woman in the crosswalk and fled. That is a crime in every state in the U.S.
Sadly, what was not reported is that he must be illegal. “He has been deported before,” in your words.
Why do you not just say it? He is here illegally. This would not have happened if he wasn’t here.
Did he have insurance? Did he have a license? Is he a legal resident? Is he employed? Doubtful, as he is a flight risk, according to the judge.
It seems that the reporting is fearful of saying what the facts are. Why not just state the facts? Do not interpret them for me, just report. I will come to my own decision based upon the facts.
Could this have been an innocent mistake? Doubtful. He cannot speak English. How did he pass the Washington state driver’s exam?
