Letter to the editor: Re-elect Brian Watson to the Napavine City Council

Posted

I’ve known Brian Watson for more than 20 years, and he is one of the most genuine, dependable and community-minded people I know. Brian doesn’t just talk about serving his community — he lives it.

Brian and his wife, Jen, have raised three children and now have two grandchildren in the Napavine School District. For over a decade, they’ve invested their time coaching youth sports — soccer, basketball and Little League — and have been active in the Napavine Booster Club. Their deep roots and consistent service reflect a real commitment to Napavine’s families and future.

As a member of the city council, Brian has helped keep Napavine on solid financial ground. While many municipalities in Washington struggle with deficits, Napavine continues to operate with a balanced budget. Brian works closely with the mayor and city staff to ensure the city lives within its means and protects taxpayers.

Public safety is also one of Brian’s top priorities. In a city of fewer than 2,000 residents, Napavine is fortunate to have a fully staffed police department — something Brian has strongly supported. He understands that safe neighborhoods are the foundation of a healthy, thriving community.

Brian Watson represents the best of Napavine: integrity, accountability and a heart for service. He’s a leader who shows up, listens and delivers.

I’m proud to support my friend Brian Watson for re-election to the Napavine City Council. He’s earned your trust — and your vote.
