This letter is in response to letter writer Susanne Weil’s assertion that Antifa isn't real and repellent conservative ideas in the Dec. 18 issue of The Chronicle.
Let's start with the woke talking point that Antifa is fake. When you see protesters on every news channel dressed like tactical fighters marching with banners that are emblazoned with Antifa or antifascist movement, that's a pretty good indicator that a group exists.
Saying that Antifa is fake is like saying skinheads don't exist. It is denial.
What is comical about these people is that the same members travel from city to city (to protest) things that are making our country safe and great again.
They are very organized, well funded and have safe houses to run and hide in. In short, they are the well funded sheep of the west.
Next, if you think that parents fighting for their right to know what is being pushed on their children in these woke indoctrination center public schools is repellent, then it is no surprise you claim Antifa is fake. Most responsible parents find it not at all repellent to not want our young children taught that boys could be girls and girls could be boys, or you could even be a furry if you want. If that isn't a way to scramble a child's brain, I don't know what is, except for maybe molestation, but they're both pretty close.
Our God created man in his image and said go forth and be fruitful and multiply. He created us to be perfect. God did not make a mistake, like letting a female be born in a male body and vice versa.
Parents should always have the right to know what their children are being taught in public schools and have a say so in that curriculum. Math and reading scores are down nationally. Schools should focus on those, not wasting time teaching kids that they should change their sex.
Teach math, reading and history — not trans woke ideas. Conservatism is common sense.
