Let him do life. At that age, there is no redeeming the kid.
The safety of every other school kid outweighs the “rights” of the accused. The safety of every other citizen outweighs the “rights” of this wannabe killer. Have a team of psychiatrists take him apart and find out how to keep it from happening again.
Don’t forget to assess his parents.
