Lewis-Mason-Thurston Area Agency on Aging to Host Seven Community Forums Seeking Area Plan Public Input

A series of seven forums have been scheduled by the Lewis-Mason-Thurston Area Agency on Aging to gather input while it is currently developing its 2024-2027 area plan, according to a news release. 

Area Agency on Aging Executive Director Nicole Kiddoo will host each forum to gather input on how the agency should provide and deliver services to seniors in need within the three counties. 

The forums are free to attend and all seniors in the area are invited. 

Forum dates, times and locations are as follows: 

• July 25, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at The HUB Center for Seniors located at 111 NE Old Belfair Highway in Belfair

• July 27, noon to 2 p.m., at the Virgil Clarkson Lacey Senior Center located at 6757 Pacific Ave. SE in Lacey

• July 31, 10:30 a.m. to noon, at the Packwood Senior Center located at 12931 U.S. Highway 12 in Packwood



• Aug. 3, 1 to 3 p.m., held virtually on Zoom, call Area Agency on Aging Senior Executive Assistant Jessica Hodges at 360-664-3162 ext. 108, or email Hodges at jessica.hodges@dshs.wa.gov for an invite

• Aug. 7, 10 a.m. to noon, at the Lewis County Seniors Twin Cities Senior Center located at 2545 N National Ave. in Chehalis

• Aug. 8, noon to 2 p.m., at the Olympia Senior Center located at 222 Columbia St. NW in Olympia

• Aug. 16, 10 a.m. to noon, at the Mason County Senior Activities Association’s Shelton Senior Center located at 190 W Sentry Dr. in Shelton.
