The Lewis County Republican Scholarship Committee for 2026 chose three applicants from local schools who demonstrated their love for the country, a news release from the Lewis County Republican Party announced.
The three local students receiving scholarships are Peyton Hernandez, from Napavine High School, Gracie Murphy, from W.F. West, and Kaden Smith, from Napavine High School.
“These amazing students have already earned recognition amongst their peers for their community service, work ethic and leadership and it is our great honor to recognize them,” the Lewis County Republican Party stated in the release. “May they go forth and make Lewis County proud!”
