Mint City Coffee Roasting will open its doors to the public on Tuesday, Nov. 29, at 8 a.m.
Located at 539 N. Market Blvd., Mint City is opening in downtown Chehalis in a 100-plus year old building featuring an updated exterior.
Mint City will feature small batch freshly roasted coffee in house in addition to wholesale opportunities. Store-branded merchandise and other retail items will be available.
Jason and Shawna Boettner will manage Mint City along with Kyle and Sarah Askin.
“We’re thrilled to open our doors to the public after an extensive rehab project to the building,” Jason Boettner said. “After three years of renovation and planning to open a coffee shop, we’re finally here and hope the community can enjoy a great cup of coffee in a relaxing atmosphere.”
Kyle and Sarah Askin have experience roasting coffee from a wide range of regions that will be rotated into the Mint City lineup.
“Starting out we will be featuring Ethiopian, Colombian and Guatemalan single origin coffee,” Kyle Askin said. “The community found within the coffee industry is amazing and we are looking forward to being a part of it.
Mint City Coffee Roasting will be open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesdays through Sundays.
