Brenna Swindell, the daughter of former Major League Baseball pitcher Greg Swindell, was found in Oregon almost a week after she went missing in Texas.

The 29-year-old Swindell was last seen with her boyfriend, Morgan Guidry, on Aug. 22 at a bar in Travis County, Texas, Austin’s KXAN news reported on Monday. She was officially reported missing on Monday, according to a statement from the Travis County Sheriff’s Office in Texas.

Guidry had a warrant out for his arrest for allegedly choking an unidentified victim on July 7. The sheriff’s office said Swindell was involved in the call for help and told a detective she was ready to press charges two days before she was last seen.

Police found Swindell in Klamath Falls after spotting her car early Tuesday afternoon and stopping it. Both Swindell and Guidry were in the car. Police took Guidry into custody on the Texas warrant for his arrest, the Travis County Sheriff’s Office said.
