The Oakville softball team was defeated handily in Ocosta on Tuesday, when the Acorns were beaten 30-2.

Oakville scored once in the first and once in the fourth, but Ocosta scored 25 runs across the first two innings to pull away instantly.

Vivi Cruz had a great day at the plate for the Acorns, tallying three hits in her three at-bats and scoring a run.

The Acorns (0-6) will head to Cathlamet to face Wahkiakum on Friday.
