Christopher James Partsch, 34, of Packwood, has been charged with failing to register as a sex offender in Lewis County after having been convicted of a felony sex offense.
According to court documents, the defendant had been convicted in Washington or “pursuant to the laws of another state” of a felony failure to register as a sex offender on two or more prior occasions.
If convicted, Partsch faces a maximum penalty of up to 10 years in
