In a dominant pitching performance from start to finish, Adna’s Tristan Percival threw a complete seven-inning no-hitter in a 13-0 win over Rainier on the road Thursday evening.

The Pirate hurler did the job on 89 pitches, striking out 15 of the 22 batters he faced, while walking just three.

"He had everything," Adna coach Thad Nelson said. "He got ahead on first pitch strikes on the majority of the hitters and just pounded the zone. "

Percival also added a 3 for 4 line with two runs scored and an RBI, and leadoff hitter Luke Mohney went 2 for 4 with three runs scored and an RBI knock. Danner Hoinowski went 2 for 4 with a run scored and an RBI, as well, and senior Kody Christen went 1 for 1 with an RBI and a run scored.

The Pirates will get a bit of a break before taking on Ilwaco at home in a doubleheader April 8.
