CENTRALIA POLICE DEPARTMENT
Arrests
• Leticia R. Rodriguez, 37, Centralia, was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail for alleged fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) in the 1000 block of E Street at about 9:40 p.m. April 3.
• Sarah M. Brown, 34, Tenino, was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail for alleged unlawful transit conduct, fourth-degree assault and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 900 block of Old Airport Way at about 8:56 a.m. April 4. Police contacted Brown after she had allegedly engaged in disorderly conduct and assaulted bus security staff. After the arrest, Brown was allegedly found with drug paraphernalia.
• Joseph E. Nastiuk, 63, Tenino, and Dianne M. Denney, 63, Rochester, were arrested for alleged third-degree theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance in the 1400 block of Harrison Avenue at about 2:09 p.m. April 4.
• Jonathan P. Church, 33, Centralia, was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail on six alleged Centralia Municipal Court warrants, with a cumulative bail of $24,000, in the 1100 block of Harrison Avenue at about 4:21 p.m. April 4. During a search incident to arrest, police allegedly found Church in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
• A “Jane Doe” was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail for third-degree assault and criminal impersonation after she allegedly assaulted a healthcare worker and provided a suspected false name to police in the 3500 block of Steelhammer Drive at about 9:40 a.m. April 5.
Criminal trespass
• TJ C. Davis, 27, Winlock, was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail for alleged criminal trespass in the 600 block of South Tower Avenue at about 8:12 p.m. April 4. During a search incident to arrest, police allegedly found Davis in possession of a controlled substance.
• Damion V. Wilson, 25, Centralia, was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail after he was allegedly found sleeping in a business he had previously been trespassed from in the 200 block of Centralia College Boulevard at about 1:09 a.m. April 5.
• A 40-year-old Mineral man was issued a criminal citation at about 3 a.m. April 5 after he was found sleeping in an area where multiple no-trespassing signs were posted near Harrison Avenue and northbound Interstate 5.
Department assist
• Police notified other law enforcement agencies of a possible DUI in the 1000 block of Eckerson Road at about 12:11 p.m. April 4. The female suspect was believed to have driven away with their child onto Interstate 5. Washington State Patrol troopers arrested the suspect near Rochester. Police said the child was unharmed in the incident. The case was sent to the Department of Children, Youth and Families for review.
DUI
• Nicholas Apale Lopez, 28, Centralia, was arrested and booked into jail for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol near the corner of Marion Street and Rhobina Street at about 1:45 a.m. April 4.
Escape from community custody
• Kayleigh S. McDaniel, 39, Chehalis, was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail on a Department of Corrections warrant for alleged escape from community custody after she was contacted by law enforcement for allegedly trespassing on private property in the 1400 block of Lois Lane at about 5:15 p.m. April 5.
Malicious mischief
• Damage to a vehicle was reported in the 1100 block of South Yew Street at about 11:11 p.m. April 3. There was no suspect information at the time.
• Security cameras were reported damaged by an unknown male suspect in the 1200 block of Belmont Avenue at about 9:55 p.m. April 4. The case is under investigation.
• Police received a report of damage to a badge reader and wiring on the side of a building in the 500 block of Harrison Avenue at about 8:19 a.m. April 5. The case is under investigation.
• Officers responded to a call of suspected malicious mischief in the 1200 block of Harrison Avenue at about 8:54 p.m. April 5 after the reporting party said another vehicle had spun rocks into her windshield before leaving the area. The case is under investigation.
Nuisance violation
• A 38-year-old Winlock man was issued a criminal citation for allegedly violating the city’s ordinance prohibiting camping on city property in the 2000 block of Borst Avenue at about 11:05 p.m. April 4. Police say the man had previously been warned of the violation.
• A 63-year-old Centralia woman was arrested and released for a camping violation in the 1000 block of Belmont Avenue at about 11:53 p.m. April 5.
• A 44-year-old Centralia man was arrested and released for a camping violation in the 300 block of Lowe Street at about 1:56 a.m. April 6.
Possession of methamphetamine
• Treston D. Zimmerman, 43, Centralia, was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the 700 block of South Tower Avenue at about 11:20 a.m. April 3. Upon a search incident to arrest, officers allegedly found Zimmerman in possession of suspected narcotics.
• Brody A. Rice, 27, Toledo, was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the 900 block of Old Airport Way at about 3:43 p.m. April 3. Upon a search incident to arrest, officers allegedly found Rice in possession of suspected narcotics.
Theft
• Items were reported stolen from a local store in the 500 block of Harrison Avenue at about 5:05 p.m. April 3.
• Items were reported stolen from a grocery store in the 500 block of South Tower Avenue at about 7:12 p.m. April 3. The case is under investigation.

JAIL STATISTICS
• As of April 6, the Lewis County Jail had a total facility population of 165 inmates, including 151 in the general population and 14 in the Work Ethic and Restitution Center (WERC). Of the general population inmates, 124 were reported male and 27 were reported female. Of the WERC inmates, 12 were reported male and two were reported female.
• As of April 6, the Chehalis Tribal Jail had a total jail population of 13 inmates. Of those, nine were from Centralia, three were from the Department of Corrections and one was from the Quileute Nation.
