Trick-or-Treat Transit returns to Twin Cities for Halloween

The Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce is partnering with Lewis County Transit to host a fun community Halloween event.

Families are invited to participate in Trick-or-Treat Transit, a special Halloween-themed bus ride between downtown Centralia and Chehalis. The event takes place from 3 to 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31.

Trick-or-Treat Transit starts at the Fairway Center and makes stops at Pine Street Plaza, Centralia Bible Chapel and the Lewis County Historical Museum.



New this year are vendors stationed at Fairway Center who will be giving out free candy and treats. Participating vendors include Community Mediation Center, Ziply Fiber, T-Mobile, Washington Orthopaedic Center, Sticklin Funeral Chapel and Brown Mortuary.

In addition, the bus stops near The Creamery, which will be offering special Halloween treats. Lewis County Transit will decorate its buses for the event, making the ride even more festive and fun, the chamber stated in a news release.
