The Mossyrock girls basketball team held on in a closely contested game with Toledo, and came out on top, 43-39, on the road.
Junior Payton Torrey led all scorers with 19 points and senior Taylor Langhaim paced the Riverhawks with 16.
“It was a little rough, we were trying to get things back in motion,” Mossyrock coach Autumn Moorcroft said. “The defense helped out.”
The Vikings (8-3, 2-1 1B CVL) head to play Rainier on Saturday.
