Despite the strong scoring efforts of Carson Rotter and Larenz Payne, the Rochester boys basketball team fell on the road to Aberdeen in a 2A Evergreen matchup, 67-58.
The Warriors got a 25-point night from Rotter and another 20 from Payne, but had a hard time stopping the Bobcat attack all night long, including two 20-point frames.
Ten total Bobcats scored in all-around strong performance from the home team, while the Warriors mainly relied on Rotter and Payne.
Rochester will keep the show on the road against Shelton on Wednesday for another league matchup.
