Packwood’s Labor Day Flea Market returns for four days of shopping from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Scores of vendors set up shop throughout Packwood, offering wares and selling away throughout the weekend. Info: 360-492-7365.

The Chehalis-Centralia Railroad Dinner Train hosts dinner rides through the summer. Join the weekend excursions at 1 and 3 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday, through Aug. 31. At 5 p.m. each Saturday an extended riverview excursion features the popular Dinner Train, in addition to regular seating. Reserve online at steamtrainride.com. Walkups for regular rides only. Prices range from $12 to $20 depending on excursion. Dinner Train rides are $25 for youth and $55 for Adults. Cab rides are also available

The Washington Wine Express is coming to Elbe, featuring a train ride, wine tastings and refreshments. Hosted by the Mt. Rainier Railroad and Logging Museum, the train ride is from noon to 4:30 p.m. and starts at 54124 Mountain Highway East, Elbe. Enjoy a ride through the forests and foothills south of Mount Rainier. Chris Guenther and the Honky Tonk Drifters play starting at 6 p.m. at Thousand Trails, located at 228 Centralia Alpha Road, Chehalis. Cost is gate admission. Info: 360-262-9489.

Super Late Model 100, Vintage Modifieds, Hobby Stocks and Legends Regional Qualifier at South Sound Speedway in Rochester. Races begin at 6:30 p.m. and tickets are $20 for adults, $18 for seniors, active military and teenagers age 13-17, $10 for children ages 6-10 and free for children 5 and younger. South Sound Speedway is located at 3730 183rd Avenue SW.

The Rust or Shine Car Show and Music Festival is 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Veterans Memorial Museum, located at 100 SW Veterans Way in Chehalis. The event includes handmade trophies, prizes and raffles, live bands, a Chicago-style pinup contest and food by Hot Mess Haul. Info: 360-740-8875
