Delaney Hope Shaughnessy was born in Seattle, Washington, on Oct. 10, 2022, to Christopher and Cassie Shaughnessy. After 16 days with her fight with trisomy 18 and hypoplastic left heart syndrome, she was called home to be with our Lord and savior, Jesus Christ on Oct. 26, 2022. In just the short time she had, Delaney touched the hearts of so many people all over the United States. She even brought people closer to God.
She rejoices in heaven with those who have gone before her. They include her great-grandparents Jimmie Taylor, Dave and Mary Freeman, and grandfather Michael Shaughnessy.
She is survived by her parents Christopher and Cassie Shaughnessy, brother Damian Bean, and grandparents Dave and Sandy Freeman, all of Centralia; and grandmother Raeleen Bartlett, of Henderson, Nevada.
