In loving memory of Diana Werner: 1983-2023

Diana Marie Werner, 40, of Tukwila, Washington, passed to eternity after battling cancer the past three years. She was the youngest daughter of Frank and Elizabeth Werner, born May 7, 1983, at St. Helens Hospital in Chehalis, Washington. Diana grew up in Onalaska, Washington, and graduated Onalaska High School in 2001. She continued her education at Eastern Washington University at Cheney. Her Swiss and German heritage was dear to her heart. She loved the "Swissies," Relay for Life Team Edelweiss, writing, crafts, nature, gifting and, above all, God and family. Her children, Meghan and Graham Tinnea and Liam Mace, were her pride and joy. Surviving her also is her husband, William Mace; parents; brothers, Rev. Steve Werner, Mike (Michelle), Dennis (Madoka), Chris (Heidi), Mark (Dorothy) and Andrew (Tanya); her sisters, Mary (Cory) Vawter, Heidi Werner and Wendy Werner; 20 nieces and nephews; 39 Werner cousins and 15 Kaech cousins, aunts and uncles and friends. A funeral Mass is planned for 11 a.m. Aug. 10 at St. Thomas Catholic Church 4415 S 140th St., Tukwila, Washington. Internment is Aug. 11 at 10:30 a.m. at Claquato Cemetery 142 Stearns Road, Chehalis, Washington.
