In loving memory of Frank Paulin: 1946-2026

Frank Randel Paulin, son of Louie and Betty Paulin, was born July 30, 1946, in Centralia, Washington, and passed away Sept. 14, 2026, at the age of 80.

An outdoorsman and adventurer, Frank worked as a timber faller for 30 years before becoming a registered nurse.

He enjoyed horseback riding, motorcycle touring, boating, camping, flying ultralight aircraft and traveling throughout the United States and abroad. He and his wife, Mary, rode horses the whole width and length of Washington state on the Pacific Crest Trail.

He was a lifetime member of the Chehalis Eagles.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Mary; daughter, Terri Morton (Scott); son, Leroy Frady; grandchildren, Ryan Tafoya (Sarah) and Rachel Coody (Eric); great-grandchildren, Arlo, Esmae and Kenzie; his sister, Lynn Zemke (Denny); niece, Jessica Ramero (Luke); and many other family members.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Louie and Betty Paulin.

A celebration of life will be held in the future, with a date and time to be determined.
