Gale Franks Toles, 76, of Cinebar, Washington, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2023.
Gale took her first breath on Dec. 10, 1946. She was born to Fred Franks and Ruby Free, of Pleasant Hill, Louisiana. She was a caring sister to four brothers and one sister. Gale married the love of her life, Gary Toles, on April 16, 1976, in Sacramento, California. She had one son, Shannon Ray Cooper.
Gale will be remembered as an exceptional cosmetologist and a kind soul. She had an artistic eye. Her greatest talents were decorating and making Gary’s life wonderful.
Gale is survived by her husband, Gary W. Toles, her son, Shannon Ray Cooper, and many friends and surrogate family. Gale was a special lady, greatly loved, and will be deeply missed.
