In loving memory of Gary Dipola: Jan. 16, 1957 - June 21, 2024

Gary Alan Dipola, 67 years old, from Chehalis, passed away June 21, 2024. He was a graduate of W.F. High School in 1975 and received an honorable discharge from the U.S. Army in 1981. Gary was a graduate of Centralia College and the Divers Institute of Technology in Seattle, Washington. Underwater construction was his favorite job. Gary had certificates in carpentry, welding, architectural blueprint reading, automotive and plumbing. He enjoyed many projects like working on his Harley, his small boat, repairing jewelry for Mom and loved spending time with his family. 

Gary is survived by his parents, Frank and Winnie Dipola, sisters Nancy, Lori, Francine and Tammy, and brother Tom. His brother Michael predeceased him. 

Gary also leaves behind two daughters Audra and Alanna, two sons-in-law Chris and Justen, a step-son and multiple grandchildren, along with numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and many cousins. 

In Gary's last days, he was asked how he would like to be remembered. He said, "Please say, 'You are well loved.'" 

The family would like to formally thank the District 6 Response Team who provided outstanding emergency care for Gary over the last few years. They would also like to thank Chehalis Fresenius Dialysis Center and the Olympia St. Peter’s Hospital for wonderful caregiving. 

A service will be held at Mt. View Baptist Church officiated by Pastor BJ Kuykendall, July 6, 2024, 11 a.m., 1201 Belmont Ave., Centralia, Washington.
