Harold Oster was born May 23, 1940, in Centralia, Washington to Hazel Huff and Edwin Oster. Harold passed away on June 1, 2023, in Kennewick, Washington.
He graduated from Centralia High School in 1958. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy on April 16, 1959, and served honorably until his discharge on June 4, 1963.
Harold worked as a general contractor before retiring. He cherished his family, friends and animals most. He enjoyed dancing and building things.
Harold is survived by his sisters, Barbara Agnew and Edna Johnson; daughters, Michelle Thomas and Tracy Oster; son, Steven Oster; granddaughters, Leah Walton and Ashlyn Walton; and great-grandchildren, Jayden Gallenbach, Nevaeh Huke and Stryder Kilcup.
Harold will be laid to rest at 10 a.m. on Aug. 18, 2023, at the Tahoma National Cemetery, 18600 S.E. 240th St., Kent, WA 98042.
