CENTRALIA POLICE DEPARTMENT
Arrests
• Craig D. Ballard, 38, Bradley W. Hart, 40, and Natalie J. Hieronymus, 61, all of Centralia, were each arrested and issued criminal citations at around 1:58 p.m. Aug. 5 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 2000 block of Borst Avenue.
• Christina A. Duke, 37, of Centralia, and Adam T. Kay, 42, of Chehalis, were both arrested and booked at about 3:15 a.m. Aug. 6 for second-degree robbery after allegedly assaulting the victim and stealing their cellphone in the 300 block of Lowe Street.
• Trevor K. Craig, 25, of Centralia, was issued a criminal citation for possession of drug paraphernalia at around 12:38 a.m. Aug. 6 in the 200 block of East Chestnut Street.
• Sarah J. Schluter, 51, of Centralia, was arrested at about 1:37 p.m. Aug. 4 and booked into the Chehalis Tribal Jail for third-degree theft after she was allegedly caught stealing alcoholic beverages from a store in the 500 block of South Tower Avenue.
• David Muyskens, 49, of Chehalis, was referred to the Centralia Municipal Court at about 5:44 p.m. Aug. 4 for harassment after allegedly threatening employees of a local business in the 500 block of South Tower Avenue.
• Marcus Brennan, 33, of Centralia, was arrested and released at about 11:14 p.m. Aug. 4 for possession of drug paraphernalia and dangerous weapons after being found to be in possession of used fentanyl drug paraphernalia and a set of brass knuckles in the 1200 block of Woodland Avenue.
Malicious mischief
• A bathroom sink, which was left in a back yard in the 1000 block of North Washington Avenue, was damaged at about 12:19 p.m. Aug. 5. No suspect information is available.
• A subject reportedly damaged the windows to a business in the 1100 block of Harrison Avenue and left the area in a vehicle at about 4:02 p.m. Aug. 4.
Driving under influence
• Callieann M. Lumbert, 26, of Oakville, was arrested and booked at around 11:25 p.m. Aug. 5 for allegedly driving under the influence in the 2300 block of North Pearl Street.
Hit-and-run
• A hit-and-run was reported at about 11:06 a.m. Aug. 4 in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 2800 block of Russell Road.
Theft
• A transient male reportedly stole a hand saw from maintenance workers in the 600 block of Centralia College Boulevard. The male left on a bicycle before law enforcement arrived on scene at around 2:11 p.m. Aug. 4.
• Metal wiring was stolen from a construction site in the 1400 block of Salzer Creek Drive at around 2:48 p.m. Aug. 4.
Criminal trespass
• A transient female from Olympia was trespassed from a residential address in the 600 block of South Yew Street for digging through the garbage. The female was warned that camping within Centralia was restricted, and she expressed that she was unaware of this due to being from Olympia. The female refused to be taken to the local shelter when it was offered at around 11:28 p.m. Aug. 4.
• A transient male from Onalaska was trespassed from a property in the 1200 block of Woodland Avenue for camping, in violation of city municipal code. The male was warned at about 11:58 p.m. Aug. 4 that if he was found to continue the violation, he would be arrested.
• A transient male was trespassed from a park in the 2000 block of Borst Avenue for violating Centralia Municipal Code at around 3:16 a.m., Aug. 5.
• A transient female from Olympia was contacted after it was reported that she was setting up a camp and had started a small fire in the 1000 block of Belmont Avenue. The female was informed that she was in violation of Centralia Municipal Code and that she was being trespassed from the location at around 3:01 a.m. Aug. 4. The female agreed to leave the area and go to a shelter for the night.

JAIL STATISTICS
• As of Wednesday morning, the Lewis County Jail had a total system population of 173 inmates, including 159 in the general population and 14 in the Work Ethic and Restitution Center (WERC). Of general population inmates, 136 were reported male and 23 were reported female. Of the WERC inmates, 12 were reported male and two were reported female.
