Coval Homes, headquartered in Tacoma, is expanding into Lewis County with the opening of a new showroom and office in Centralia.

Residents are invited to celebrate the arrival of the business at an open house and ribbon-cutting ceremony scheduled for Monday, July 8, according to the Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce. The event will take place from 11 a.m to 2 p.m. at 827 Marsh Ave. in Centralia. The ribbon-cutting will be at noon.

“We’re witnessing increasing demand for our homes in Lewis County and are excited to contribute to the area’s growth,” Dave Brimhall, owner of Coval Homes, stated in a news release from the chamber.

Established in 2011, Coval Homes specializes in constructing homes tailored to meet specific needs with 24 customizable floor plans, according to the chamber. The floor plans range from two-bedroom retirement homes spanning 1,000 square feet to larger 3,400-square-foot homes designed for families or multi-generational living.

“Setting themselves apart in the industry, Coval Homes prioritizes energy efficiency, features a 50-year warranty on roofs and emphasizes expansive windows and outdoor living spaces,” the chamber stated. “Brimhall underscores the commitment of his construction and consulting team to guiding customers through the homebuilding process with an emphasis on quality craftsmanship.”
