It’s an even dozen for the Adna Pirates, who improved to 12-0 with a 25-6, 25-12, 25-12 sweep over Morton-White Pass on Thursday.

“The team flowed well tonight on offense and defense,” Adna coach Wendie Dotson said.

Danika Hallom covered the court well defensively, tallying 12 digs while also adding seven kills, and Allysa Carroll made her presence felt at the net with four stuff blocks.

Karsyn Freeman added 12 kills and eight digs, while Gaby Guard had 31 assists, six digs, and a pair of stuff blocks.

Kendall Humphrey logged eight kills and three digs, while McKenna Torrey finished with seven digs, three kills, and a stuff.

Morton-White Pass was led by Ryelin Wiedenmann, who had six kills and four blocks, while Kiera Miller added three kills and three blocks. Crystal Dygert dished out 11 assists, while Karah Fairhart logged four kills.

“The team did a good job of staying positive and working together,” Morton-White Pass coach Jamie Brazil said. “We did a good job being aggressive at the net and were able to take some heat off of some of the strong Adna hits.”

Both teams will be back on the court on Tuesday, as the Pirates (12-0, 4-0 C2BL) will look to push the winning streak to 13 at Toutle Lake while the Timberwolves (5-7, 1-4 C2BL) will head to Napavine to face the Tigers.
